Equipment
The George St Pilates studio is complete with traditional Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair and the Magic Circle. We complement our traditional Pilates equipment with free weights, balance boards, gym balls, foam rollers and others.
Our fully qualified and accredited staff are always at the forefront of the latest research and developments within the industry. Our studios are the only ones in Perth with the revolutionary Core Align equipment. The Core Align is not a traditional piece of Pilates equipment but uses many of the same principles with an emphasis on a functional upright positioning. This is one of the many ways that we demonstrate our commitment to providing the best possible methods and techniques when it comes to injury treatment, management and rehabilitation.

Getting Started
Before starting Pilates we provide a complete musculoskeletal assessment by a Physiotherapist who assesses your physical condition and functional movement. From your assessment and specific goals our Physiotherapists then formulate a personal program using the vast array of equipment in our Pilates Studios. We offer individual and semi-private Pilates sessions with up to 4 people each being lead through a personal program by a Pilates trained Physiotherapist. This program is advanced and modified appropriately according to your continued assessment and goals.
